If you’re an advertiser or social media manager on Facebook who shares access to multiple Pages and ad accounts with other people, you’ll need to use Facebook Business Manager.
What is Facebook Business Manager?
FBM is a one-stop shop for all of your Facebook marketing and advertising activities, allowing you to control multi-user access to:
- Facebook Pages
- Ad Accounts
- Instagram Accounts
- Facebook Pixels
- Product Catalogues
It’s also a central place to track your efforts, with detailed reports and visualisation that show you how your ads are performing. It’s effectively a Facebook adverts manager, with other useful tools stacked on top.
If you’ve got FBM but aren’t quite sure how it works, I offer online Facebook Business Manager training sessions!
I’ve been in social media for just over 4 years, and now run a globally distributed social media team for the world’s largest international university group.
I oversee everything from day-to-day content creation and community management, all the way up to a £1.4m/year paid advertising budget, analytics, ROI assessments, competitor research, event PR coverage, content marketing and training.
So in short, I know my stuff!
What’s included in the Facebook Business Manager Training?
The training session is done online over Google Hangouts, and includes the following:
- How to set up FBM
- Add your assets (Pages, Ad Accounts and Instagram Accounts)
- Invite new users and assign access at different levels
- Set up and assign advertising payment methods for ad accounts
- Giving Partners/Agencies access to your assets
Depending on how much needs to be covered, the training will take at least one hour.
How much does it cost?
This depends on the number of people being trained, but a rough guide price for a one hour Facebook Business Manager training session is:
- 1-5 people – £60
- 6-10 people – £85
- 10+ people – £100
