By day, I head up organic social media strategy for Global University Systems, an international private education group with over 20 institutions across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
In my free time, I work with organisations of all sizes to implement ROI-focused social media strategies, and help them scale their content creation, community management and reporting infrastructures.
I do this with a combination of in-depth social media audits, operational framework development and comprehensive training packages.
It all started at university in 2011, when I taught myself to build WordPress websites and somehow managed to get people to pay me to do it. It beat working behind the bar in student nightclubs!
After graduating with a degree in public relations in 2014, I went straight into digital marketing and spent time with a variety of tech startups. I learned the ins-and-outs of product marketing, conversion rate optimisation, customer service and eventually, the wonders of social media marketing.
Equipped with my freelance web development experience, I started taking on social media management clients, and have been in love with it ever since.
